The Canmaker: "South Korean steel maker POSCO recently delivered its one millionth tonne of black plate to Chinese tinplate mill Zhongshan Zhongyue Tinplate Industrial Co.
At a celebration ceremony at Zhongyue at the end of January, POSCO’s senior vice president Oh Chang-kwan presented an appreciation plaque to Zhongshan Zhongyue chairman Liang Jiang.
POSCO began supplying black plate to the Chinese company in 1992, reaching 500,000 tonnes in mid-2006."
