The Environment Exchange runs a PRN marketplace. Senior market operator Ian Andrews said that the market for steel had become more relaxed and prices were falling as volume increased.
'Steel has made up the shortfall in the first two quarters, which has balanced the market and the value of the PRN has dropped. It's a similar story for glass,' he said."
